House Rules
No smoking is allowed inside of the unit. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 cleaning fee. All garage needs to be placed in the large circular black bins in the alley, behind the building. Recycling is to be placed in the blue bins located in the alley behind the building.

This unit is one of 4 units in the building, it is conveniently located off of a major 4-lane road for easy access to the highway and downtown St. Pete. Please note that there is city noise associated with this location, as it is on a major transit route.
